Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Because our credit card provider does not reimburse transaction fees on refunds, we now deduct at least 3% for processing fees from all refunds.
Because a large part of what we do is by custom build, some returns may incur a fee. For example if we order a special tolex or tubes or perform a modification for you, that amp may have a more limited number of interested customers. So we will have to discuss some returns on a case-by-case basis. Meaning, we will consider deducting a fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Return shipping on custom builds is paid by the customer although we will offer our discounted shipping rate and deduct that from the refund.
If we get something wrong in your order, we will make every effort to fix it, including paying for return shipping and shipping back to you.
Our warranty is two years and we are very liberal about it. If something goes wrong with your amp, we want to fix it and we don't want it to cost you in time, money, or inconvenience. However, mods done by anyone other than Jet City or Epic-Tone will very likely void your warranty.
We ship to only the 48 continental States and Canada. Canadian orders will incur a $50 fee for the increased cross-border shipping rates.
UPS is our default carrier for heavy items - amps - and USPS is our default for parts and accessories. Other carriers can be requested. Most products will display a flat rate shipping cost in the cart.
