2-week lead time on Custom 2.X

Now that we have built and shipped several amps, we have a process and a rhythm going. So, we are updating the lead time to just 2 weeks. That's not an exact of course, but when you place your new order we should be able to turn it around in about 2 weeks. Our goal will be to reach a one-week turnaround within the next month. 

Oh, and we will figure out how to get a photo gallery up of all the great amps Jet Citizens have been ordering.
