NEW. Version 3.0 of our Black Eye circuit has been upgraded to include an optional Plexi / 800 switch on channel one, and an optional saturation switch which is now TO-92 in place of diodes.
This LOADED version includes the Plexi / 800 mode switch, Saturation switch, and a Channel Two indicator LED bundled at a reduced price.
20 watts from 2x EL84
Designed by Epic Amplification, the Black Eye fits into our 2.X platform of chassis/cabinet and transformer set.
Channel One is our version of the classic Marshall tones. We can configure that as either Plexi or 800 mode, or an optional upgrade allows you to switch between the two voices. Please note because of the significant gain difference there is also a difference in volume level.
Channel Two adds another stage of tube gain with a modern modded Brown Sound, which we call Black.

Assembled in California from US-made and imported parts. Each amp is built one at a time and hand-serialized.
